The Dealer
Like all other forms of poker the dealer button is used to indicate the dealer. The button, usually white rotates in a clockwise position after each round.
Blinds Structure
Just like in Texas Holdem, two blinds are used. Blinds are enforced bets to keep the game flowing. These bets are posted before any cards can be dealt. The player directly to the left of the dealer posts the small blind and the player to his immediate left posts the big blind.
Blinds are known as live bets. This means that once you have posted it, you are only required to match any bet posted during the round. The value of your blind is included in this calculation. When you are in one of the blinds positions you have four options available to you.
Deal
All players receive five cards face down.
Draw
After the completion of the first round all players have the option to discard up to four of their dealt cards. If you feel you have been dealt a hand you are unlikely to improve on, you can chose to stand pat.
Playing online, you will be given a time limit of 30 seconds to discard and draw new cards. If you fail to react in a timely manner, you will have to stand pat and will be unable to throw in a bet after the draw. You will lose the right to draw further cards until after the next round of betting.
You draw cards by clicking on each card you wish to exchange. By clicking on your selected cards they will appear darker. When you are happy with your selection click on the "discard" button to receive your new cards and remove your unwanted cards. If you make a mistake in your selection simply click on the darkened cards then make your new selection.
Order of Betting
There are two betting rounds during a game of 32 Draw Poker. After each player is dealt their initial five cards the first round of betting commences. The player to the left of the big blind starts off the betting. He has the option to fold his hand, call the big blind or raise the pot. Once the first round draw is completed the first remaining player immediately after the big blind kicks off the betting action. He has the option to either check or raise the pot. All players at the table, including those in the blind positions have the option to raise into the pot.
Final Showdown
Once all the betting at the table has taken place, the showdown takes place. The player with the strongest hand collects the pot accumulated at the center of the table. Unlike most forms of poker, suits have different values so there is no possibility of a split pot unless a split pot agreement has previously been made.
The last person to bet after the final round of betting shows his hand first. If there has been no betting involved then the first player active in the hand to the left of the big blind shows his hand first. This rule also applies when there are one or more all-in players in the hand.
Occasionally there will be insufficient fresh cards to complete the draw. In this event, mucked and discarded cards will be reused. Players will never receive cards they have previously discarded during a hand.
32 Draw Poker Split Feature
32 Draw poker has some unique and exciting features, one of which is the suit value; the other is the option to chose a split pot. The split pot button can be found alongside the standard action buttons. If all players entered into the pot elect to split the pot it will be divided equally amongst all active players in that particular pot.
If the first player chooses to split then the next player will also have the option. This continues until a player chooses not to accept the split, then this option is removed.
Players involved in a side pot have the option to refuse a split. This action will only affect the side pot.
